When was the last time that you did something for the first time? Yesterday. At approximately 5.30pm, the Padang came into full view. It was unreal. I recall the fact that they were gonna perform in KL and at that time i was crazy enough to have thought of flying down there just to catch a glimpse of them. Fortunately, they came. And there i was, admist the queue, waiting for the moment to arrive. If you guys have no idea who i am talking about, you guys are slow man. Linkin Park dammit!!! Live. In the flesh. I can hereby annouce that they were, are and will be the freakin' coolest band alive. Sheesh. It was mindblowing man. Speechless. Not for the much due effort screaming non stop for and hour and a half at the very least. A total body workout. I was completely drenched. Talk about the coolest band huh? What an irony. Ha!

I lived my dream.

The entire stage up was so like the "Faint" MTV. Bright yellow lights, jumping (sticky) audiences, sadly no throwing around of bodies. Yeah. And guess what? They even played "Step Up". For LP fans, i am sure this is a treat cuz this is sorta an unreleased track. Damn it was good. You'ld be surprised at how good they sound live. I paritcularly liked "Papercut". Tho i wished that i was nearer to the stage (i should've came to queue ealier), it was still good. I mean it's cool enough to know that they are there and you are there. Well and they clouldn't have ended with a better track..."One Step Closer" Why? Cuz it was the song that introduced me to the band. The one that converted me.

I lived my dream.

Everything was freaking fantabulous except for the long wait for them to start playing. Apparantly, they had to meet their fans from LP underground. I knew i should've joined that club a long time ago. Dammit. I should have never hesistated. Or procristinated for that matter. So now, i am adamant of making myself an official LP underground memeber. Soon enough. And so their opening act, this korean band "PIA" started playing almost half their albums, i think at least 7 songs man. They were pretty damn good for an Asian band i can tell you. But the crowd started to get impatient and some even chanted "Linkin F***". Rude buggers. Then they went on to play some rock cd and we had to wait till about 9.30 was it, before they made their first appearance. So it was only an hour and bout 45mins of LP. But it was worth the wait. Why? You tell me...

I lived my dream.

Seeing LP live was like a step away from reality. In that period, i thought of nothing but the band. Here's a question...Ever had a dream that was so real, you wake up wondering if it really happened? This was it. It was surreal. Damn. After being so busy throughout this entire hols, i just lost myself in the music. All that was left was the music and the 6 crazy rockers on stage. Despite the long wait and those asshole who were smoking despite the lack of oxygen amongst the crowd. We need air dammit! Everything was worth it. And props to mel's sis for gettin me the autographs of Joe and Phoenix. You guys rock!!! And for the rest of the band...you guys said it all during the concert. Unreal. Joe was cute. With his black glasses and turntables. Mike was in a black tee. Chester in white. Rob behind the drums (can't see), Phoenix (can't see either) and Brad, the one with the Ethan (survivor 3: Africa winner) wannabe hairdo (which sux!) What else man...For those who missed it, you guys missed a helluva performance and for all those who went. You guys...WOW...i have never sweat so much during a concert before. So much so that Mel and i had to turn our tanks into mid drifs. *lol* But it was cool. Amazing how the lyrics just flew outta our mouths. I mean it has been quite awhile since i looked at their lyrics or listened to them but the words were just at the tip of your tongue. Awesome man. Nothing but screams and more screams!!! Thank you so so so much for making my hols worth it's work. And for everything else. *thumbs up* *waves madly* and *screams into nothingness*

I am high on adrenalin.
