Didn't quite expect 21st to be such a
BLAST!!!(Except for that horrible paper in the afternoon. Bleh. But who cares? It's over!!! Woot!!!)Spent the eve of hatchday
with buddies (& candy) at THAT pasta cafe in taka. Pretty cool since i've always wanted to check that place out. So i came to my final critic = never to visit that restaurant again. Think all of us were shocked at how bad the service was!!! (but i'll throw in some sympathy point for the manager who actually bothered to say "Happy Birthday" to me) You must be wondering how he knew right? Halfway through dinner...in
came prancing other half & her beast and half k with THAT really nice cake from
Baker's Inn!!! *beams* Obviously...the birthday song (other half solo!!!)resounded throughout the entire restaurant and the
poor birthday had no time to mask her unglamly shocked expression and of course left (sadly) with nowhere to hide her face. Lol. Thanx guys!!!
It was really sweet (and beast said he hearts me!!!
Beast wars will resume as of NOW!!! Too bad for you!!!) Lol.
Buddies were really cute...gave me a
hand-made voucher tt allowed me to choose my own prezzies!!! First tear-jerker. I was indeed a little overwhelmed. Especially at
kino. *hugs* U guys...it was really thoughtful!!! Spent the night at my place and had a
laughing spree watching Russell Peters (again!) Heh. And of cuz we
camera whores were clicking the camera like non-stop!!!
U guys rock!!! BIG time!!!
But not just today...you guys ROCK everyday!!!
Mommie and daddy took me out the next day for
fish & co. Yay! It was quite hillarious when i woke up only to find out that they went to church without me. Thing is...i was subtly adamant about not wanting to go. (damn i will go to hell...) so mommie quite obviously got the hint. But it was sweet of her nonetheless.
Second tear-jerker happened when
daddy gave a personal birthday card (got one from both of them and one specially from dad) *sniffs* so sweet...and moving.
And...
I went for my
new haircut!!!
Woot!!! Wasted i can't post pix as yet!!!

But of course he saved his ass later on when he said: "

And guess what? I was my
hairstylist's first customer and it was
his first day on the job (at that place of course) AND it was
my 21st birthday!!! Heh.
Then...
Had dinner with
other-half, HJ, Lao Ge, WK and SY at
XIAO LONG BAO that night and this was the
BIGGEST shock of all!!! Halfway through desserts
(AGAIN!) in came prancing belle, XN and half-k (AGAIN!!!) (Heh. One time not enough ah? Aww...i heart you!!! Heh.) with
white roses and a *ahem*
BIRTHDAY CONDOM!!! A pity i didn't get a chance to use it. *sniffs* But that was not yet the
So they whipped out a prezzie and i thought it was just from a small group of people...turns out...it was a
ZEN NEEON that was made possible because of the contribution of like
33 people!!! Yes i counted!!! *gasps*
And of course...i CRIED!!! Not shy bum you all!!!
You guys made me CRY!!! URGH!!! I was bawling like a baby!!!

So i am exaggerating a little.
But it wasn't the gift that made me cry.It was YOU GUYS!!!Not shy!!!
