"There is no such thing as eternal friends or foes. A friendship is as good as it lasts." - 15
In this lifetime, there is never one person that you can keep forever. Pretty darn obvious huh? Seriously, i guess this applies to all of the varied complexity of human life. Does it not?
"Holding on to a person you already lost would not make him come back. You would only make yourself lose him again." I think memories are the only thing that is forever, well, or at least in the closest proximity to that if you can attest to that of course. Physicality is temporal. So perhaps the constant reminder of your loss would only enhance the pain caused by that insatiable thirst for the physical. Reason? It was the point of origin for the memories. That is why 'letting go' is seemingly the two most aching word in the dictionary of love. I said aching. Not neccessarily despair, nor hurt, nor pain, even happiness. The heart might be strong but the will is weak, especially when it's regarding the most irrational of all irrationalities, love. We can't wield control, neither can we control or wills. So basically, no one said it was easy to let go. But i shall quote Adidas on this...
"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing."
I am inspired.
