Bareheaded and wearing only an undergarment, the magick user would circle the property of his or her victim's yard with a burning candle. The candle was then broken in two and turned upside-down.

Eggs (termed "white swans" for this purpose) and/or bread were brought to the gravesite of a known criminal in exchange for some soil from their grave which was removed while saying "As this corpse has died unrepentant, so may you too die, unrepentant."

Wonder if it actually works.
Well peepz...i sure hope none of you would EVER attempt this.

But what i did attempt was a 5 km run today!!!
(gasps)
Of course the only prior training kim and i had before Legs & Paddles was the pathetic 3.2km that we subjected ourselves (involuntarily mind you) to under CP training circumstances on wednesday. And that wasn't so clever cuz today...5km seemed like 10km.
But team MAJOKODA did a pretty decent job!!! Clocked in at 4th place!!!
